Spent quite a bit of time in chat with two different "support" people. The only option is to restore to my last version and data file and then re-enter all transactions since then. This would be over a year's worth of transactions. I will say, they locked our company out of the file, and we had to upgrade. They know you have data and will pay to get back in. I do think it is extortion.
